“Our transform program is our PREFERRED program for target specific results - This membership includes (2) 1on1 60:00 foundations testing days & (2) InBody body composition measurements, to ensure the coach can evaluate the athletic foundations, functional, and structural baselines of the athlete. After their Foundations Test, the athlete will receive an individualized 4x/week program in Trainheroic, with target specific exercise selections based on need’s, + safe volume and intensity progressions for GAINS. ” - Coach Gray

8-Week - 4x/Week Custom Program and Trainheroic Account
Goals:
Build Structural Muscle - Maximizing Power (Power Index score will be tracked to ensure optimal Mass/Speed)
Improvements in Big “6” Testing (Vertical, RSI, Broad, 10yds Sprint, 3x Broad, Flying 10)
Strength - Improved Absorptive capacity - All Vectors, Speed, and Weight Lifting
Increased anerobic buffering capacity
Improved skill in power and speed strength lifts and concepts
Linear Speed cue’s and timing for acceleration
