  • Athletes will be expected gain 1-3lbs/week - We will maintain body composition integrity with relative strength testing + daily metabolic stress - Food log will be submitted to kayla@built-for-speed.com to ensure surplus

  • Max Velocity in horizontal vector at accelerative and drive phase sprint speed is optimal for the CONTACT athlete - IT IS THE PRIMARY AND MOST INDICITIVE of performing the outputs required in football - can the athlete produce high rotational velocities

  • Squat Jump & Countermove Jump - will track athletes concentric impulse to ensure weightlifting strategies are translating to to relative, quick, forceful outputs - indicator of myotendinous density

  • Athlete will learn how to create pre-tension + simultaneously produce force while redirecting eccentric landing - quick ground contact times will confirm foot ankle articular strength is keeping up with mass gains
